Why we should read books?

Why should we read books? Have you ever wondered it? When I was a child I read books because I was curious to see what the pictures inside and what is the ending from the book I was reading. When I was a pupil, I read books because it was compulsory to do the assignments and before the exam. Now I realise that I read books because it helps me to know what the world really is.
So.. what are u guys waiting for.?? Go and read books..=)

Law assignment.. Aaaaarggghhhh..

I have law assignment due 25th March 2011.. the case is :

Boozy Bob’s had a deal to die for; great wine at a great price was what the advert read.

After reading the advert very closing Red, from Red’s Bistro was sure this was a great deal indeed. He was especially keen that the wines he bought were Australian and if possible prize winners.

A once in a life time chance to buy fine wine at an un-repeatable price. We have bought a supply of 250 cases of Australie wines, and they can be yours for a fraction of the usual price.

These wines have been awarded the Gold Star at the National Awards in 2008 and 2009 and so you know the kind of wines you will be getting.

We are asking that customers bid for these wines by the case and bids will be accepted on the basis that the highest prices bid for the cases will be successful.

As these wines have only just arrived we have been unable to make them available for tasting, but we promise you these are as good as we say they are.

Don’t leave it too long to place your bid and make sure you gain your share of these rare and precious wines. Bidding will close on Saturday 26th February at noon and we are only accepting one bid per customer. Bids must be sent via email to our Bridge Road store address by that date.

Red was careful to read the advert several times before deciding to bid for 10 cases. After agonizing over his bid, he decided on a price of $250 per case. This was low enough for the wines to be on sold at a profit but high enough that he might actually secure the cases he wanted.

Red placed his bid and eagerly awaited the response from Boozy Bob’s which arrived late on Saturday afternoon.

While listening to the news at noon the next day, Red heard a disturbing story. A large wine seller in Melbourne had tried to pass off cheap Chilean wines as Australian. It seems the bottles had a name that looked and sounded a lot like Australia, and although the wine had won prizes in Chile the judges were known to be directors of the exporting company sending the wine to Australian sellers.

Then, I need to answer two question as the following step..:
a. Has there been a breach of contract between Boozy Bob’s and Red’s Bistro?
b.Assume there is a contract between Boozy Bob’s and Red’s Bistro. Advise Red’s Bistro on his statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act 1974 Cwlth.

I really don't have any ideas to finish this assignment.. Help me..!!
